Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Someone who can participate in the measurement of range of motion of foot joint or ultrasonography of foot. Someone who can know for themselves whether they have foot pain. Someone who can decide to participatation of this study by themselves.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Someone who directly involved in this study: person in charge, researchers and related students. Someone who have other musculoskeletal diseases excepting plantar fasciitis. Someone who can't participated in the regular stretching. Someone who are pregnant or have diabetes.
