Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Adults aged 19 to 35 at the time of screening (1) Those who did not answer "Yes" to the physical activity readiness survey (PAR-Q) (2) After hearing and fully understanding the detailed description of this human application test, the person who voluntarily decided to participate and agreed in writing to comply with the precautions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Abnormal ECG or hemoglobin levels before exercise (except when it is difficult to perform at the discretion of the investigator, even if there are no abnormalities in the results) (2) people with kidney failure, heart failure, myocardial infarction, stroke, high blood pressure, arrhythmia, diabetes, osteoarthritis, spinal pathology or history (3) Those who have taken specialty medicines, herbal medicines, over-the-counter drugs (OTCs) or dietary supplements that may affect the test results within two weeks of the screening test date. (4) Suspected or have a history of alcoholism or substance abuse
