Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - ages between 18 and 30 - engage in physical activity for 3 or less than 3 times a week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - subjects on any type of NSAIDS or analgesics or steroids - No pior history of leg injuries, no cardiovascular or hepatic disease, and no histroy of diabetes - BMI should be within 15 to 30 or range - Any allergy to the ultrasound gel - subjects who is taking classes of prinicple investigator - subjects who is under same department of prinicple investigator
