Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Those who are boys over 15 and under 18 years old in first and second year of high school 2) Those who can communicate and read and write 3) Those who understand the purpose of the study and agree to voluntarily participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who are diagnosed medical conditon, including cardiovascular/respiratory /psychiatric disorders 2) Those who take medicationsthat may affect autonomic function
