Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? 18 years of age or older who have hypertrophic scars in bilateral upper or lower limbs with neurological pain or itching of 5 or more on the numerical rating scale (NRS), even when taking medication and physical therapy for more than 3 months of burn patients undergoing rehabilitation. patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -taking anticoagulatns -infection on scar area -previous history of botulinum injections - pregnant
