Biological/Vaccine, Non-Stem Cell : ? Injection of botulinum toxin lesions -Mix 200 Unit Botulinum Toxin A (Metotoxin®) with N / S 5cc, dilute to 4 units per 0.1cc, and divide 0.5 ~ 1cc into insulin

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Burn patients 18 years of age or older who are undergoing rehabilitation -Has hypertrophic scar buildup with limited range of motion even after 1 month of physical therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Neurological or muscular pathology: muscular dystrophy, pathological weakness, myasthenia gravis -taking anticoagulants -Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant -scar infection -a history of botulinum toxin injection
