Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. having measurable liver metastasis on CT or MRI 2. having liver metastasis located within 6 cm from the skin 3. having not received chemotherapy, or having received chemotherapy at least one month ago and there was no liver metastasis at the end of treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. cannot hold their breath or ARFI technique is not feasible due to cardiac motion, etc. 2. large amount of ascites 3. having difficulty in communication
