Interventions

Procedure/Surgery : Experimental group: 30mg (4ml) of ropivacaine is injected via intra-articular manner after TFCC repair. Post-operatively, oral pain medication of Acetaminophen 650mg PO TID + Trama

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient treated with arthroscopic triangular fibrocartilage comple repair for TFCC tear at the singe center

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We excluded those with previous wrist surgery history, psychiatric illness, known allergy or contraindication to opioid or local anaesthetics, and those who regularly used narcotics and treated with other procedure combined with arthroscopic TFCC rrepair. Patients who wanted brachial plexus blockade or PCA after surgery were also excluded.
