Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 180 healthy participants, consisting of 90 men and 90 women between the ages of 20 and 50 years, who dwell in Chungju city. All volunteers were recruited through the internet or public advertisement in local newspapers of Chungju city.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Any volunteers with potential liver diseases as well as metabolic diseases were excluded with caution by checking their medical history and blood liver function test - Any volunteers with high AUDIT-K score (cutoff value: 20 for men, 10 for women) were presumed to be a problem drinker and be excluded from our study.
