Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) staff with a license or certificate as a registered nurse (RN), a nurses’ aide (NA), or a geriatric care worker 2) staff working as direct care in nursing homes 3) Those who understand the purpose of this study and agree to participate in the study 4) having no vision or hearing impairments 5) having experience using computers and smartphones

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) nursing home staff who have difficulty in interpreting, understanding, or interviewing the Korean consent 2) nursing home staff with experience participating in education programs and research for purposes similar to this study 3 months before this study 3) person participating as a volunteer in nursing homes
