Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Older adults who score 19-26 on MMSE-DS within six months (2) Adults aged 60 to 80

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed with dementia and on dementia medication. (improvement agent for brain excluded) (2) Unable to use smartphones (3) Unable to walk for 5 minutes, without assistive devices (4) Admitted to nursing facility within 6 months. (5) Known metastatic cancer, end-stage heart disease, end-stage renal disease (6) Whose life expectancy is expected to be less than one year
