Radiation : * Bone Densitometry (DEXA,femur, spine): at 0, 24 months * T-L spine AP & lateral, L-S spine lateral x-ray: at 0, 24 months

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria - Adults more than 19 years old - CKD stage 5D patients receiving hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis more than 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 2. Exclusion criteria - Hospitalized patients - Patients who were diagnosed malignancy within 5 years - Patients who were previously diagnosed and treated osteoporosis - Patients who are currently treated osteoporosis - Patients with history of osteoporotic fracture - Patients who were diagnosed cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, and peripheral artery diseases within 6 months - Patients who were treated steroid and immunosuppressive agents within 6 months - Patients who are not suitable for this study
