Procedure/Surgery : The puncture site for coronary angiography would be randomly assigned into two groups of conventional radial artery and snuffbox radial artery according to randomization table prep

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. Adults aged of 20 or more than 20 B. All comers who take elective coronary angiography

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. emergency coronary angiography B. Acute ST elevation myocardial infarction C. End stage renal disease requiring renal replacement therapy D. Previous coronary bypass surgery E. Hard to describe detailed-feature of pain or discomfort due to mental disorder F. Any cases in which femoral approach will be preferred G. Pregnancy or female of child-bearing age H. Failed to obtain informed consent
