Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 20-70 year-old, American Society of Anesthesiologists I, II and ? patients requiring nasotracheal intubation for elective surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Morbid obesity (body mass index >35), active lung disease, uncontrolled cardiovascular disease, anticoagulant therapy, abnormal coagulation profile
