Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Childhood cancer survivor, diagnosed with childhood cancer before the age of 18 (including recurrent and metastatic cancer) and finished treatment for cancer (including surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy), who consents to participate in observational cohort during outpatient visit to a tertiary hospital pediatric clinic for follow-up 2) sibling of childhood cancer survivor older than 10 years old who agrees to participate in cohort 3) parents of childhood cancer survivor younger than 70 years old who agrees to participate in cohort

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: newborn infant patient currently receiving treatment for recurred or metastatic cancer foreigner
