Others(pilates exercise in normoxia (N trimal) and 3,000 m simulated altitude (526 mmHg) hypobaric hypoxia (H tral)) : We designed the experiments to examine the effects of the Hypoxia environment and
the Normoxia Pilates group (n=12)
and Hypoxia Pilates group. In the case of Normoxia and Hypoxia Pilates group, we applied for Tubing Pilates program with 25 actions that are effective in improving body metabolism for 12 weeks. We mea
risk factors in obesity and metabolic syndrome (Glucose, FFA, Glycerol, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, HOMA-IR, Insulin, Cortisol, Epinephrine, Norepinephrine)
vascular function (Arterial pressure, Arterial stiffness)
and the Hemorheological and health-related fitness factors. These measures are used to analyze how Pilates exercise programs in Hypoxia environment influence obese women.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ten healthy Pilates expert female, 36 obese women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Persons who have suffered orthopedic injuries within the last year. - holders of past and present life-habitual diseases (experience) such as diabetes, high blood pressure and hyperlipidemia - "PAR-Q & YOU" and "AHA/ACSM Health and Physical Fitness Questionnaire" all respond to 'Yes' - In case they are classified as vulnerable subjects, such as students in the classroom - In case of interest with the research manager and co-researcher
