Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Those with 3 or more pain levels (QVAS) 2) Those who can maintain a standing position for more than 30 seconds 3) Body mass index (BMI) greater than or equal to 30 (=30 kg/m2) 4) Those with a 30% or the same body fat rate (=30%) 5) Person whose abdominal fat rate (WHR) is 0.85cm large or equal (=0.85) 6) Those who are positive for three or more of the five items of the lumbar spine instability test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) due to compression fracture pain those symptoms. 2) systematically those with illness like cancer. 3) the nervous system, those symptoms. 4) Arbitration for anyone under 80 percent participation rate.
