Interventions

Drug : For postoperative analgesia, TAP block was performed by experienced anesthesiologists postoperatively in the control group or preoperatively in the experimental group. Under the guidance of ult
ropivacaine was injected in both groups after confirmation of transversus abdominis plane.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status classification 1 or 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who do not agree to participate in this study 2. Emergency surgery 3. ASA physical status classification 3 or above 4. Preoperative bleeding tendency (INR > 2.0) or taking drugs related to increased bleeding 5. History of allergy to the agents to be administered 6. Intraoperative hemodynamic instability th the extent that colloid infusion/transfusion or vasoactive drugs are necessary
