Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 to 80 years 2. Informed consent patients 3. Primary unilateral inguinal hernia repair

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria 1. Pregnancy 2. Recurrent inguinal hernia 3. No prior open abdominal surgery with transverse incision at low abdomen 4. Previous radical prostatectomy patients 5. Bilateral inguinal hernia 6. Patients who are unable to undergo general anesthesia 7. Patients who have incarcerated and strangulated inguinal hernia 8. Intra-abdominal infection or infection in operation site 9. Patients who are unable to give informed consent Exclusion during operation: 1. Abnormal anatomical structures that are not able to perform planned surgery 2. Severe adhesion to prevent adequate exposure and dissection 3. Hemodynamic instablity from Trendelenburg position during operation
