Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) adult patients who are 20 years old or older (2) patients who are suspected of having lung cancer and decided to undergo elective surgical resection (3) patients who have a preoperative multidetector chest computed tomography (CT) scan (4) smartphone users (5) thoracic surgeons who are registered as co-researchers and acquaintances who received a 3D virtual explanation module from patients in the intervention arm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are hard to communicate or cannot read.
