Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adult patients who underwent elective open radical hysterectomy (ovarian cancer, cervical cancer, endometrial cancer) ASA physical status I-II Written informed consent was obtained from all patients The data of previous study, 18 patients who undergone lap aroscopic radical hysterectomy, were using control group with the permission of IRB.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who disagree with this study Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, respiratory dysfunction or body mass index of over 30 kg/m2
