Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged 19 years or older, diagnosed with a stroke (ischemic or hemorrhagic) in brain image(Computed Tomography or Magnetic Resonance ImageI) (2) Affected side upper limb motor grade = 4 (3) Patients who has no impairment in the voluntary movement of the other upper extremity (unaffected side) (4) Patients who are able to follow the treatment procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients implanted cardiac pacemaker (2) Patients with sensory aphasia (3) Patients with significant upper extremity peripheral neuropathy (e.g., diabetic neuropathy) (4) Patients with limitation of passive upper limb movement due to serious shoulder, elbow, wrist, finger joint disease (5) Unable to attach electrode pads due to skin problems (6) Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE) score < 23 (7) Patients who participating in other clinical trials
