Inclusion criteria: 1. Clipping surgery through pteryonal approach 2. Patients without neurological deficit 3. Patients without olfactory dysfunction before surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients treated with endovascular intervention 2. Patients with ruptured IAs 3. Patients with neurological deficit 4. Patients with olfactory dysfunction before clipping operation
