Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age : 50 to 85 years 2. time for 5 time chair rise test >11.19sec 3. calf size is less than 34cm in men and less than 33cm in women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Body Mass Index <18.5 or >30. severe kidney disease or s-creatinine > 2.0mg/dl AST or ALT : more than triple uppr reference level HbA1C > 7.0% or hypoglycemia Cancer diagnosed uncontrolled hypertenson acute myocardial infarct, unstable angina, severe heart failure, stroke, untreated atrial fibrillation acute tuberculosis, pneumonia severe COPD. Psychosis, alcoholisms Parkinson disease, stroke with paralysis fractur in past 6 months hemoglobin < 11.0 g/dL in men <10.0 g/dL in women, platelet count < 75,000/mm3 connective tissue disease needing corticosteroid recent history of muscle acting herb or medicine involved in other clincal trial pregnancy or breastfeeding hypersensitivity to Angelica
