Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 65 years old or older 2) American Society of Anesthesiologist Patient Status I~III 3) Patients scheduled for orthopedic hand surgery under brachial plexus block

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) body temperature measured in the preoperative ward = 37.5 ° C or < 36.0 ° C 2) obesity (Body mass index >35kg/m2) 3) diabetes 4) anticoagulant therapy 5) psychiatric disease or cognitive disorder
