Behavioral : The discharge education program using the teach-back method will be given to the experimental group at a private patient room or consultation room by a trained nurse research assistant. W

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - adult patients over 19 years old - patients diagnosed with heart failure by cardiologists and less than 45% ejection fraction (EF) as a result of echocardiography - patients who are planning to be home after discharge - patients who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - patients on dialysis - patients with (scheduled) heart transplantation - patients with a psychiatric history or who are currently taking psychiatric medications - patients who have difficulty communicating due to the severity of the disease
