Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients over 19 years old 2. Diagnosis of stroke by neurologist or neurosurgery using radiologic tools like CT or MRI 3. Airway aspiration of liquid diet confirmed by videofluoroscopic swallowing study (VFSS) within a month after stroke onset 4. Over 1-step cooperation is possible 5. Neck control and sitting is possible 6. No problems with swallowing before stroke onset
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of stroke with a transient ischemic attack or existing clinical symptoms 2. Progressive or unstable stroke 3. Existing serious neurogenic disease 4. Existing severe liver, kidney, heart and respiratory disease 5. Lifespan less than 1 year, because of medical illness
