Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: healty patients, aged 18 to 75 years, with ASA PS I or II undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia for one hour or more
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) patients anticipated diffilcult airway 2) patients with neuromuscular disease or taking medication 3) severe hepatic or renal impairment 4) drug allergy to rocuronium 5) patients undergoing major surgery anticipiated massive hemorrhage or transfusion during surgery 6) patient with implatable metal product, cardiac pacemaker or ICD 7) pregnat woman
