Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patients with acute ischemic stroke or transient ischemic attack with positive DWI lesions within 7 days of onset, 2) patients starting treatment with clopidogrel-aspirin within 7 days of onset, 3) patients with presumed large artery atherosclerotic origin according to the TOAST classification, 4) patients signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Ineligible and unwilling to maintain over 3-months DAPT based on the physician’s discretion, 2) Eligible and willing to maintain over 3-months DAPT based on the physician’s discretion
