Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (a) a primary diagnosis of lower back pain radiating to the lower limbs; (b) a cross-sectional imaging study (either CT or MRI) of the lumbosacral spine in patients diagnosed with spinal stenosis, herniated nucleus pulposus, and/or a degenerative spinal disorder

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of lumbar surgery, lumbosacral epidural injection within the previous 2 weeks, lumbar neuroplasty, neoplastic diseases, peripheral vascular disease, or use of medications affecting the vascular system
