Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - has no pain and discomfort in visual illness and ankle or lower limb. - have no balance problem - can perform intervention for more than 20 minutes and agree to participate in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - People with discomfort such as dizziness when performing internention - Pain or discomfort in measuring maximum voluntary contraction
