Medical Device : In interventional group,the assistant will apply jaw thrust in I-gel®. In control group, the assistant will touch the mandible.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing general anesthesia 2. Patients scheduled general anesthesia with spontaneous ventilation and I-gel® insertion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients without consents 2. Pregnancy 3. Patients with aspiration risk factors 4. Patients with neck disease 5. Patients with upper respiratory infection 6. Patients anticipating difficult airway 7. Patients with BMI > 35 kg/m2
