Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) usual gait speed(3-meter) <0.6 m/sec 2) Mini-nutritional Assessment <24 score 3) Able to talk with other people 4) Agreed with the purpose and process of the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Unable to walk 2) Subject who are participating in any kind of prehabilitaion or clinical nutrition program 3) Patients who were ordered to restrict a high-protein diet by an internist (e.g., severe renal failure, liver failure)
