Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 20-70 year-old adults who are undergoing upper gastrointestinal endoscopy for diagnostic purpose at Asan Medical Center

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? past medical history of chronic liver disease and chronic renal disease ? unstable vital sign or unconscious patient ? a patient who is suspicious of gastrointestinal bleeding ? a patient who takes anti-platelet or anticoagulant drug ? a patient who has coagulopathy ? a patient who underwent gastrectomy ? a patient who is unable to perform at least 4 biopsy specimens for other reasons
