Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with 4mm to 9mm polyps removed by cold snare polypectomy during colonoscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Age less than 20 or over 80 ? The size of the lesion is less than 4mm or more than 1cm ? Polypectomy other than cold snare resection ? If the bleeding is not sufficiently observed after cold snare polypectomy ? If the patient does not agree to participate in the study

Evaluation of the need for endoscopic hemostasis according to the degree of immediate bleeding and its association with delayed bleeding
