Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Those who have an average score of 3 or more on the quadruple visual analogue scale (QVAS) 2) 3 or more positive factors for spinal instability test 3) Those who have no history of back surgery 4) Those who do not have fractures or deformation of the spine

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with difficulty in intervention due to systematic diseases such as cancer. 2) Patients with Difficulty Performing Operations 3) Patients with difficulty in intervention due to respiratory diseases. 4) Fracture, infection, or pregnant person at admission 5) Less than 85% factor in intervention participation
