Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with Clostridium difficile infection clinically, endoscopically and histologically 2. Man and woman 20 years or older 3. Patients with D deficiency (Vit. D level <30 ng / ml) and without restrictions on Vit.D dosage
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who are taking an immunosuppressant 2. Pregnant or woman planning to become pregnant within 3 months 3. Patients with diseases related to hypercalcemia 4. Patients who currently have hypercalcemia (albumin-corrected serum calcium .10.8 mg / dL, or ionized calcium .2 mg / dL) 5. Patients with a history of nephrolithiasis within the past 2 years 6. Patients with chronic renal failure (stage III, IV) 7. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease 8. Patients who are taking probiotics 9. Patients with liver failure (total bilirubin .2.5 mg / dL, with direct bilirubin .1.0 mg / dL)
