Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The hospitalized patients, over 20 years old, with cirrhosis and Child Pugh class B or C. Liver cirrhosis is diagnosed based on clinical, biochemical, radiologic and endoscopic images.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients with incurable malignancy, chronic renal parenchymal disease, and urinary tract infection or urinary tract obstruction. The patients got renal replacement therapy at enrollment The patients with history of liver or kidney transplantation The patients denied the current study
