Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patients who give a written informed consent 2) age between 19 and 85 year-old 3) patients with suspicion of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis who are referred to liver biopsy for accurate diagnosis 4) No bleeding tendency (platelet count more than 80K/mm3, PT-INR less than 1.5)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) age more than 85 or age less than 19 2) patients with bleeding tendency
