Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy controls 1. age 19-45 years 2. body mass index (BMI) of 18.5 to 23 kg/m2 3. Number of hair at 1cm2 in trichoscopy=150 4. No family history of alopecia 5. voluntary participation in this clinical trial. Androgenic alopecia 1. age 19-45 2. body mass index (BMI) of 18.5 to 23 kg/m2 3. Number of hair at 1cm2 in trichoscopy <100 or Norwood-Hamilton type=2 4. No family history of alopecia 5. voluntary participation in this clinical trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. use of oral finasteride, oral dutasteride, oral steroids, or other medications that may affect the test results during the last 4 weeks 2. systemic or endocrine disease 3. no fasting for more than 8 hours after 9:00 pm on the day before the visit 4. alcohol drinking within the last week 5. smoking 6. judgment that physical or mental testing is not appropriate for the clinical trial 7. participation in other clinical trials that may affect this trial.
