Eligibility

Sex/Gender
Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) AO/OTA classification A2, A3, B3, C1, C2, C3 distal radius fracture patients who agree to have operative treatment 2) Osteopenia or osteoporosis patients who had T-score -1.0 or under than -1.0 3) More than two years after menopause

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of parathyroid treatment 2) History of medication which influence on the osteoclast such as Denosumab within 6 months 3) History of Bisphosphonate within 2 years 4) History of distal radius fracture in the same upper extremity 5) Pathologic fracture patients 6) GFR under 35 7) Patients who had hypocalcemia or swallowing difficulty 8) Patients who need to have long term bed rest or who has a history of deep vein thrombosis 9) Patients who had idiopathic uterine bleeding or symptoms of endometrial cancer and patients who had drug sensitivity to Bazedoxifene acetate
