Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 patients aged 20 to 65 years 2) American Society of Anestheologists (ASA) physical status ? 3) patients who scheduled to undergo elective upper arm vascular surgery for hemodialysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) history of alcohol or drug dependence 2) psychiatric disturbance 3) chronic pain requiring opioid treatment 4) blind or struggling to read the questionnaire 5) allergy to any study medications.
