Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. Age: 65 years old A. (However, if the patient has many underlying diseases or is older than 90 years old, the test should be performed only if general anesthesia and surgery are possible.) B. Impairment of rotator cuff tear in elderly patients aged 65 years or older, or low probability of success

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. If you have active infection B. Daily life and rehabilitation after surgery is expected to be difficult
