Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who have no history of the acute and chronic diseases; serum vitamin C level <50µmol/L

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have any history of consumption of vitamin C supplements, probiotics and antibiotics.
