Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Lumbar and radicular pain in central spinal stenosis -20 years = age < 80 years -Patients who voluntarily agreed to this clinical study -Both S1 radiculopathy and/or central back pain patient -chronic lumbar and radicular pain lasting =12weeks -Effect of epidural block < 1 month -Numeric rating scale = 4 -Magnetic resonance imaging confirmed central spinal stenosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Lumbar and radicular pain due to facet syndrome -allergies to radiopaque contrast media or local anesthetics -coagulopathy, infection, anticoagulants -mental handicap or psychiatric condition precluding adequate communication
