Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: neovascular AMD diagnosed by fundoscopy, optical coherence tomography (OCT), and fluorescein and indocyanine green (ICG) angiography between March 2016 and March 2017

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We excluded patients with a history of vitrectomy, laser photocoagulation, or photodynamic therapy (PDT), as well as those with other retinal diseases such as angioid streaks, vitelliform macular dystrophy, and retinal vein or artery occlusion.
