Interventions

Others(exericse) : The new exercise group uses a goniometer to determine the maximum angle at which it can be swallowed in a head-up posture and then continues with 20 minutes of drinking 2 ml of wate
of the angle. Give them 10 minutes of sessions, 5 minutes between breaks, and 3 sessions a week for a total of 12 exercises in 4 weeks. The angle should be corrected by measuring again the maximum ang
of it. Allow 30 seconds of rest between sets. The maximum pressure value should be measured and calibrated in a week.
