Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -An adult who has been operated on for heart and aortic disease -Men and women aged 19 and over -Those who voluntarily agree to this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -In case of preoperative antifibrinolytics used -In case who was diagnosed with preoperative blood clot disease -In case of liver cirrhosis -Patients with thrombotic thrombosis and such a history -Patients who overreact to this drug and its constituent parts
