Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A hematologic disease patient 19 years old and older, who are diagnosed with a mold infection and causative mold has been isolated during hospitalized at Seoul St. Mary's Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who were diagnosed with invasive mold infection and being treated prior to the approval of clinical trial. Patients who are under 19 years.
