Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - diagnosis of hemispheric stroke resulting in unilateral upper extremity deficits - first-ever ischemic or himorrahagic stroke - ability to understand instructions which was confirmed by a Korean version of the Mini-Mental State Examination score > 25 - A Brunnstrom stage is more than score 4 which able to extend finger muscles. -A Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) score was less than grade 1+ of the affected wrist and finger for spasticity - A Medical Research Council (MRC) scale score >3 for the strength of the affected wrist and finger muscles
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Multifocal or bilateral stroke - Recurrent stroke - Uncontrolled medical illness - Age<20 - Neuropyscholocial or neurological disorder other than stroke before stroke - Unable to perform outcome measure-related task - Aphasia - Dementia - Pain or disorder affecting upper extremity rehabilitation
